Sarah Wardlaw
Creative being.
With an architect for a father, creativity and design was always going to be in my blood.
I graduated in 2010 from the University of Abertay with a degree in Visual Communication and Digital Publishing. Since then I have been lucky to have had not only a successful freelance career, but a few years agency experience also — with some Scottish Design Awards to boot!
I provide businesses with their brand identities and websites at affordable prices, often branching into other creative services for them too. I apply my design agency knowledge to every project that comes my way. This allows me to offer smaller clients, often without large budgets, the level of attention their business requires and experience they’d get from working with a larger agency.
My Values
I am personable.
I pride myself on working closely with my clients, ensuring they understand the process — and enjoy it too. I am friendly, approachable and like the odd laugh!
I value organisation.
As you will likely have read in my testimonials, I am highly organised. This ensures that your project will always have my attention to detail.
I value time.
I work fast, and I work to deadlines. But good work takes time. I do not rush projects, I make sure that they work for you.
I value my experience.
Over my years in the industry, most, if not all, processes within design projects have been engrained in me. I have a vast range of knowledge across different types of projects — some call me a unicorn!
I value reliability.
Honesty and trustworthiness are also key parts of my character. I will always guide you through your project honestly and I am a safe pair of hands.
I value bang for your buck.
I setup my business to provide small companies insight into agency style processes. I share my learnings and experience, but for a snip of agency costs.
