Sarah is extremely organised and planned. Everything was managed through her system so deadlines were set for all parts of the process. I had set tight deadlines for both the designer and Sarah. The website launched on time, which was a great achievement considering the work involved. Sarah is very knowledgeable regarding user experience, SEO and web design. She provided excellent training videos that were created specifically for my website.
