Leann & Nathan, owners of Ailey Mae Chocolate, commissioned me to design new branding, packaging and website to enable them to reposition themselves in the market, compete with their peers and be stocked in more places. A lot has happened since then with bouts of lockdown, babies being born, stock shortages, illnesses, lengthened lead times at printers and more... you name it, it's hindered us! ⁠

The new brandmark represents the simplified approach to their chocolate, which still produces an elegant and refined product. Their packaging maintains the fun, colourful elements which hark back to the original packaging — just in a more muted and grown up manner.⁠
